Emily Haigh

BCU Ba(Hons) Architecture

Celebrating BAA Student Ambassador and BCU Ba(Hons) Architecture student, Emily Haigh.

Neo Agri[Culture]s focused on creating a resilient utopian localised food economy, consisting of local growing, food technologies, circular processes and informal education. Aiming to reunite the community of Moseley through their food.

The project story telling narrative was introduced and based around characters within the community, most notably Daisy the Cow. How in the year 2051, Daisy is the last remaining Cow in the UK due to overconsumption and greed for red meat. The Moseley community safeguarded Daisy and cultivated cultured meat from her cells within the hub. However, one day she goes missing… and the dissidents may be responsible.
